This Privacy Policy explains how Mailzer ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and email and SMS marketing services, or receive messages sent through them.

Contact information — name, email address, and mobile phone number, provided by you or by a business you subscribed to.
Account information — for customers of our service: login email, business details, and billing information (card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers).
Usage information — whether messages were delivered, opened, or clicked, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.

How we use information

To send the email and SMS messages you agreed to receive.
To provide, operate, and improve our service, including delivery and engagement reporting.
To respond to support requests and send account-related notices.
To honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests.

SMS messaging

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, we use your mobile number only to send you the messages you agreed to receive. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply.

We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service — such as our email/SMS delivery provider, hosting provider, and payment processor — solely to perform those services for us, or when required by law. The SMS restrictions above apply in all cases.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Opt-out records are retained so we can continue to honor them.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
Stop SMS messages by replying STOP.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
